Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Saadat Al Muluk Honey, we pride ourselves on delivering the finest Omani honey to our customers around the world. To ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely, we ship all orders exclusively through DHL Express.

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide via the DHL network. Whether you are within the Sultanate of Oman or anywhere else, we guarantee delivery of our products right to your doorstep.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery time: International shipments typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the shipment and the selected destination. The final cost will be displayed before you complete payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a DHL tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly on the DHL official website or their app.

5. Customs Duties & International Taxes

For international orders outside the Sultanate of Oman, shipments may be subject to import fees or customs taxes imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees, as Muadh Al-Abdali Trading & Investment Est. has no authority over them.

6. Packaging & Product Safety

We understand the sensitivity of our products, so all honey jars are wrapped in special multi-layer, shock-resistant protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition — with no breakage or leakage.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is damaged during transit by DHL, please photograph the product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at 📧 saadatalmuluk@gmail.com so we can take the necessary action.
