Return & Refund Policy

At Saadat Al Muluk Honey, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium royal honey products. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Eligible Products for Return

Due to the nature of our products (food/honey) and for public health and safety reasons, we only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • If the product arrives damaged or broken during shipping.
  • If the product you received differs from your original order.
  • If there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product.

2. Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date the product was received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unopened (for honey jars).
  • A purchase invoice or proof of payment must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Under consumer protection laws for consumable goods, we cannot accept honey returns if:

  • The security seal on the jar has been opened or used.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt.
  • The product has no defect but the customer changed their mind after opening.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that processing by your bank may take 5 to 10 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we will cover the full shipping costs. In other return cases (where permitted), the customer may bear the shipping fees.
